Depends when the judges are available to do it.

Could be anytime after the contest closes to new entries.

It's a question about these contests and how you organize take screen shots, get judges...and all that jazz. I'm entertaining the idea of trying one! LOL

Gregged is a super guy who has a nifty program to do screenshots.
Other folks like unni have their own screenshot programs.

I am an organizer so it comes natural for me.
I usually get friends to judge or just ask in the thread.

Depending on what your theme is having multiple categories may make sense.
If you have too many contestants it is realllly hard to pick.
You can also limit the number of contestants.
