Wating till marriage

Hi fellow christians,

I have a question,
me and my girlfriend have been in a relationship for quite some time now, we are both mature adults, both 21.
Till this day we have only kissed, because we both want to keep ourselves pure till marriage. But at this point we both desire something more. Till what level is sex allowed until it can't be considered waiting marriage? So are things like oral sex, or handjobs allowed?
