It seems like Job didn't think he deserved his sufferings but his friends did. Both were wrong.
It doesn't matter what he deserved, it occurred. But because it occurred, Job found a faith that he didn't have before. He found eternal rest in God.

As Paul says, whether we live or die, we do it for the Lord.

I think of 1 Corinthians 4. The rich church looked down on the poor apostles as if they were fools. Maybe the poor apostles deserved their treatment like Job? but it's a blessing not a curse. The rich church are the ones who were wrong
Correct.
