I am taking green coffee beans capsules to lose weight now. I hope they work. I have a wedding to go to on June 22 and hope to lose a dress size. I will still be big but not as big.lol

1200 is usually recommended for dieting anyways. I lost a lot of weight once by eating between 1200 and 1500 cal. per day and exercising every day.
