The primary goal for ALL souls is to be saved, as in John 3:16 --which speaks of salvation of our eternal soul in receiving the Lord Jesus into our heart; without which no one can enter into Heaven (note John 14:6).
The NEXT thing that a saved soul needs is to take: "all the counsel of God" as "rightly dividing the Word of Truth". This speaks of appreciating the four Gospels and also understanding what the universal Church is. The Epistles then show us how to understand Church truth; which shows there is 'one body' --as in I Cor. 12:25; etc., rather than sectarianism and ideas and innovations of men to please the flesh.

Going forth as a real "born again" saint, we need to be a witness to all we meet to help them to know and trust the Lord Jesus; and for us to walk "circumspectly" in the world to live a Godly life, honoring God. This walk and example can help awaken seekers to their need also in the Lord Jesus Christ. I learned much of this at the site: Biblecounsel.net, which is very enlightening.
Keep looking up, friend!
