A sinner is justified by God when he repents.

Its a specific type of repentance that God accepts.

The person who does not understand this, will say.. "its repentance from sin"..

Yet... "While we were YET SINNERS..... Christ died for us"...

And...

"Jesus came into the world to save SINNERS"........

So, the specific type of REPENTANCE that God requires to save YOU.. is to "repent from UNBELIEF", as that is to turn to FAITH in Christ.

John 3:16 has nothing to do with the cross,

Let me show you that verse as apparently you've never read it in a Bible.

"For God so love the world (of people), that He GAVE""

What did He give?

Bunny Rabbits?
Chocolate Bars?
Communism?
The Buddha?
A Rainbow?
Tom Cruise?
Walnuts?
Hawaii?

No..

A.) = God gave His "only Begotten Son JESUS"... to the CROSS, so that by this Sacrifice, YOU can be accepted by God.........
= John 3:16

John 3:17

2 Corinthians 5:19

John 3:16 did not have "to the CROSS, so that by this Sacrifice, YOU can be accepted by God........."

You added that phrase in.

You mean you cannot even tell?

You should understand John 3:16 in context with John 20:31. John 3:16 is a commentary added in by the author for readers to believe that Jesus is their promised Messiah, Christ means Messiah.
