Does Job speak of Cavemen?

Job 30:1-8 reads,
"But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.
Yea, whereto might the strength of their hands profit me, in whom old age was perished?
For want and famine they were solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste.
Who cut up mallows by the bushes, and juniper roots for their meat.
They were driven forth from among men, (they cried after them as after a thief)
To dwell in the cliffs of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.
Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together.
They were children of fools, yea, children of base men: they were viler than the earth."

Several years ago reading this verses 3 through 8 stood out and I thought of cave dwellers, what they call "cavemen." Now I believe they were fully human, not an evolutionary link.

The beginning of the text would be "For want and famine they were solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste." which shows these people fled, and in verse 5 it says they were driven from among men.

I've speculated they were maybe a little different, while still fully human they were discriminated against and driven out, or, possibly these were also a product of Genesis 6, and rather than being giants, they were mutants of some sort with a lower intelligence.

The Hebrew reads Beni beli shem, which gets translated "children of base men", but the Hebrew says "Sons without (a) name" בני בלי שם

There were cave dwellers in Genesis. after Sodom and Gommorah, Lot and his daughters lived in a cave for a while after seeing the desolation and waste they thought the world had ended and did some incest.
