Left over Turkey Pie

cut up the left-over turkey (as much as you want)
4 or 5 potatoes (I like potatoes so I use more), boiled and cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 bag frozen mixed veggies, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 tubes of biscuits, or homemade dough

Mix the first 5 ingredients, cut up the biscuits into 1 inches pieces and put on top. Bake at 375 for about 30 mins. If the biscuits brown before the mix is bubbly, just cover it.

really good :yum:

Ok here is another

Pork chop Casserole

6 porkchops
5 potatoes sliced
can of cream of mushroom soup
onion sliced
pepper
garlic powder

Ok brown your porkchops quickly on both sides. Then in a casserole dish start with the sliced potatoes, then some onion slices, then a layer of porkchops, sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper, spread this layer with some of the cream of soup, then continue doing layers till everything is used up. Cover with foil and bake in 375 degree oven for about an hour.

This can also be done in a crockpot and slow cooked all day. Be sure to brown the porkchops first though! when slow cooked in oven or crockpot the porkchops are very tender.

enjoy

Cooked, leftover chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1 package stovetop stuffing, prepared without the butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can corn or mixed veggies

Mix everything together until well distributed and heat in the microwave until hot. This makes a filling, hot, tasty ten-minute meal!
