2nd person dies after crash of stolen 18-wheeler into DPS building

The incident happened Friday, April 12 when 42-year-old Clenard Parker crashed a stolen 18-wheeler into a DPS office in Brenham.

[I understand he had been refused a commercial license, so this was likely revenge on the government office.]

Man, this sounds scary. I will not summarize the article yet, until more details about the incident are released. People need to learn to respect others, and their property (in this case, the man disrespected whoever owned the 18 wheeler by stealing the vehicle and ramming it into a building, and he damaged the Texas Department of Safety building). Seems like the guy ignored Exodus 20:15, which states "you should not steal".
