The NIH is a very big agency in a government that I cannot trust. I am always skeptical of what comes from the different agencies of the Federal Government.

Those links you see are to a database of scientific papers that is hosted by a sub-agency of the NIH. The NIH didn't write them anymore than CF wrote my post.
