Waiting for the Verdict

I grew up in evangelicalism, but now consider myself an atheist, or at least an agnostic. I deeply love evangelicals, but I strongly disagree with some of their ideology. Now, I try to lobby for gay rights, and the rights of the mentally ill, two groups who've been marginalized by evangelicals.

Reading and Writing

I was part of the Christian Right during the 80's and nineties. I am responsible for the persecution of thousands of AIDS victims. Their blood is on my hands. I only wish it had infected me, instead of them.
