Correction: the model of my Marlin is a 25mn .22 Win mag
I'm planning on doing more to this, however that the stocks for some rifles of these types are through the roof hard to find, I think the aerosol treatment might work better for the job. I recently added a weaver and upgraded the optics for zoom and is zeroed in with a tight MOA, planning to go with the same company of addons because the one I've found seems great.
I'll post more when the project is finished...
