A report by the New York Times alleges that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss was preparing to let Hunter Biden skate on all charges until whistleblowers from the Internal Revenue Service came forward to claim that political interference by the Biden Justice Department was preventing the president’s son from receiving an unbiased investigation.

I see that the misdemeanor tax charges were recently dropped by a judge. That just leaves the allegations of falsifying answers on the gun form.
Of course SC Weiss might have something for H later this year? Who knows!?

There's no reason to go after Hunter for misdemeanors, he needs to be charged with multiple felonies. Mr. Weiss also needs to be charged, and all of those responsible for letting the statute of limitations run out on Hunter should be fined double the amount Hunter owed.

Multiple felonies, eh?
Pray, what laws did he allegedly break?

The IRS whistleblowers testified before Congress that they recommended charging Hunter with six federal felonies, which included filing false tax returns and tax evasion. Now that's from the IRS, I would think that charges of illegally possessing a gun and failing to register as a foreign agent could be added. Bribery, racketeering, money laundering, those kinds of crimes are still under investigation.

The disgruntled employees who were taken off of the case by the people who actually were the ones who made prosecutorial decisions?
They’re not “whistleblowers”, whistleblowers stay at the job they are and are usually anonymous taking advantage of “whistleblower protections” under relevant law.

The charges are real, government officials deliberately let the statutes of limitation run out, that means taxpayer like me pick up Hunter's tax tab.
David Weiss, who had previously worked with Beau Biden, violated Department of Justice guidelines in regard to his failure to charge Hunter with the felonies. The government cut off the part of the investigation leading to Joe Biden. Garland and Weiss tell different stories, and there were six or so people at the meeting with Weiss when he said he did not have authority to pursue, so let's hear what those employees have to say. As to whistleblowers staying at their job, I've spoken with federal whistleblowers who were essentially forced out of their jobs--their bosses took away responsibilities. One guy's "crime" was saying he would testify before the U.S. Senate if subpoenaed.

Gee, why then did Donald J Trump ask him to be a US Attorney?
