Ostriches have evolved to have desert adaptations.

Ostrich eggs have an intelligent design.
Ostriches can go two weeks without water.

Ostrich eggs are 24 times larger than chicken eggs,
that promotes sharing food with other people.

Those are claims, and not a single one shows any connection to evolution or creation. You're just saying facts about ostriches. That's it. And a larger egg will not promote sharing food with other people, as nice as that idea would be.

The larger eggs would be more difficult to sell.
Many would be given to the poor.

The farms would still be profitable because of selling ostrich meat.

And, I ask once again: what does ANY OF THIS have to do with evolution or creation?

You would need A LOT MORE than ostrich farms to stabilize the Middle East. They have a lot more problems than just food going on.
The price of food bouncing up and down
may be the root cause of other problems.

Maybe, maybe not. But it would certainly take more stuff than just food to solve problems.

And again: none of this has to do with evolution or creation. I am literally sounding like a broken record right now.

I think it is more accurate to say that you are holding up a mirror to a broken record. (Excuse the mixed metaphor.)

If you want food price stability, getting Russia out of Ukraine - the world's fifth largest wheat exporter - would be a good start.
