Your perfect Sunday

I've been enjoying a lazy Sunday morning/afternoon in bed, tapping away at the laptop and nibbling yummy food and it's all been terribly lovely, so I was wondering: what would be your dream Sunday? It can be as fanciful and fantastical, or as cosy-at-home as you like. Go wild!

Today is a good model for one because I have tomorrow off. Any Sunday with Monday off is a perfect Sunday.

Hello!I guess I would be with my family and friends maybe. I would have sweet tea and diet mountian dew! It would be warm and sunny but not like really hot.

I love Sundays when I have Monday off!

My Dream sunday would be: Go to church, come home and just enjoy the day being lazy with my husband (hey you said it was a 'dream' Sunday right?). then stay up late reading or sewing something, or drawing (my late night sketches are the best).

Um, let's see....

Going to church with my sweetie, going to a nice dinner somewhere, going to a sporting event or take a walk along the beach (in summer), come home and watch a movie, snuggle by a fire (in winter) and have a deep conversation. Kiss goodnight.

My perfect Sunday takes place every week almost.

My family gets together Sunday morning for breakfast, then my sisters and cousins and I go out either for a walk, to the beach or shopping and then we go for Indian food for lunch and then have Super Supper Sunday with the rest of the family who then stay late to either play games or watch movies.

I love Sundays at home with my family, always fun, always a gong-show and always stuffed!

My perfect Sunday would be waking up to sunshine pouring through the window, rolling over and seeing my husband sleeping beside me.... then going to the kitchen, making smoothies (with fruit chopped up the night before!!), and bringing him a smoothie in bed. We'd have a lazy day at home, maybe go to the markets for something fun and interesting, go to church in the evening and have friends over afterwards for coffee and Uno or something.... The key is, no hard work!!
*sigh* if only....

waking up full of energy....taking a nice peaceful drive to church (it's 45 mins away) on a sunny day, enjoying a nice service, having lunch with the 'gang'.....then going for a nice walk in the park/woods and just listening for God to speak to me.....

then remembering that I don't have to go to work on Monday. hehehe
