Looks ok to me.
If you worried about bareshoulders or armpits just wear a shrug or cardy over it. Sometimes sleeveless dresses can be annoying, i wish dressmakers would pay more attention to sleeves. But you could also wear a sleeved top underneath.
Just depends on what you comfortable with. Ie. How much skin you want to show.

As a dress, it is fine. If it was a shirt, it'd need a collar to meet dress code at the snootiest (like top five) yacht/golf clubs . . . which is to say, if you are someplace less formal, no worries.

Unlike Islam, Christianity doesn't promote the misogynist idea that women are subordinate to men and must cover up. There isn't anywhere in the Bible that says women must be veiled or anything of the like. For Christian women, it isn't necessary to be overly scrupulous with modesty. There's nothing wrong with your dress.

You may get many answers for this one, some women wear almost nothing and swear its ok with God but its not. I think a woman should ask herself, is what I want to wear going to cause men to lust after me, is this something I would wear in front of my Pastor and even Jesus. Still realizing there is still probably those who would wear a G-string in front of Jesus and think it is ok. I think the only way it is possible to think certain things are ok that are not ok is if they have stilled the Holy Spirits voice so much that He no longer tries to instruct them or they never had the Holy Spirit to begin with. Listen to that still small voice. Something made like in the picture shouldnt make men lust after you. I agree with Goodbook in case you are concerned with bare shoulders a shrug or cardy could be your answer..

Looks modest to me. Many people at our church where that stuff. I don't think theres anything wrong with spaghetti straps. Tank tops aren't really an issue. Though I don't really see many women wear them anymore (seems to be a fashion thing). But if you really feel called to not wear something, its up to you. If you feel men might look at you in a wrong way, then thats on them and God will take care of it. We can't control what others think.
My wife has outfits like this (not actually her of course) and I think its ok. Though she does wear shorts or pants underneath to stay modest since dresses can reveal things on accident sometimes:

It looks morally decent (or modest) to me. It's feminine, but without the over-accentuation of a woman's sexual "aura." Very nice.

Yes, I like the dress, too, but this whole modesty thing can get too carried away. After all, when do men become responsible for their own lusting and women stop being responsible for men lusting? I agree modesty is good, but seriously? Spaghetti straps? Tank tops? What are we supposed to do, wear wool sweaters all summer and invest in air conditioning?

The dress covers to the knees and has no where near any cleavage... why on earth would this be considered inappropriate?

I think the dress is fine. Same goes for tank tops & spaghetti straps.
Modesty is cultural & subjective, so I wouldn't really stress too much. Wear what you feel comfortable wearing.

Oooooohhhhh! What a pretty dress! I think it's lovely! I'm a Fundie, so we are super-modest dressers but the cut of that dress and the colors just make a person seeing it want to smile.
And if you're fair-skinned, the dress stands out beautifully and if you're dark, the brightness of the dress will stand out. Wow, you picked a lovely dress! There's no way to go wrong here.
