I've heard people say my church is non and others say inter. Bascially, we are not under the authority of a higher (human) power, and we agree on the basics but there are some people who lean charismatic and others who have nothing to do with the gifts. We all get along!

I don't know for sure about that one but I would guess interdenominational has multiple denominations in one church.. like the first church I went to was Methodist, Anglican and Presbyterian combined!
Then I think non-denominational has no associations with the universal denominations, but lets anyone from any denomination come?

Interdenominational:
Occurring between, involving, or common to different religious denominations.
I found one church on the Internet that described itself as Interdenominational, and explained the reasoning that their members come from many denominational backgrounds, but their church doesn't affiliate with any denomination. So they are saying they are non-denominational as far as I'm concerned. It's just the terminology a church chooses.
