My wife surprised me by saying that the foot (international football, not american) Son Heung Min (Tottenham hotspurs, GB) is a Christian. Now any information in English (e.g. Son Heung-min Age, Height, Family, Religion...) or German says he is Buddhist, but she told me a Korean website says he is Protestant. There is also someone (probably a Korean) who says in the webpage I linked to, that he is Protestant.
There are also photos like this that seem to suggest he is praying (and may be the source of that rumor). My wife said she read (on a Korean website) that in a German magazine, it was interpreted quote differently, as a sort of concentration ritual.
Is there anyone out there who knows more and can tell for sure what is true?
PS: Son is the family name, which comes first in Korean, but last in English, so there are two forms of his name.
