I was going to call this guy but when I go to pick up the phone he was already on the other end. And I thought to my self we were thinking the same thing. Then I said we are connected. So as he's going on about things that were happening in his day. I realized that he was starting to open up to me. What does a cell phone mean?

That's really sweet. Yes, you were thinking about the same thing in the sense of thinking about each other. Cell phones are merely a means of connection. It's part of your mental furniture, so to speak, and when you think, it's simply a feature of your reality. For those who lived without cell phones, as I did at one time, it was different furniture but they had similar functions. Instead of charging our phones to connect, we listened to voice-messages. But we also picked up our phone with someone else on the other line, and it was either a coincidence or a projection of our desires, just like you. :)

When I was twelve years old, I went from Masssachusetts to my relatives' home in Montana where the father was foreman on a big ranch. My encyclopedia said they had a population of 13 in that town . . . a bit out of date.

Their phone was on what was called a "party line". Anyone on the line could pick up the phone and hear and talk with anyone else on the line. But they had a way to ring just the person you wanted to call > you would pick up your phone and turn a handle to ring it, turning out a ring code to signal who you were calling; everyone you *weren't* calling could hear the ringing code and know not to pick up their phones.

But you all could just pick up all your phones together and hear each other.

Cell phones are a bit more private . . . personal > > >

There is only one code and wavelength for talking with someone you know. Like this, we have our one wavelength for communicating with Jesus in God's love. But in God's love we also can be sharing with all of us who are prayerful and sharing in God's love - - - on our party line with Jesus and one another.
