water dripping from nowhere

i was sitting in my basement plucking my eye brows when water dripped on my leg, i looked for where it could have come from but it was impossibly a leak. please anyone have answers?

I think what you have experienced is a prophetic manifestation. God is speaking to you! Get into the habit of waiting on the Lord for the answer directly from Him first. Watch for the Lord to hit you or touch you when He speaks. Pay attention to this feeling when it comes so the next time God speaks you will know for sure it's him. As a guide remember that everything that God will say to you will also be found in God's word the Bible. So if you think you have heard from God and what you believe He has said in not in the word you can be sure it's not Him. ok!

I have had the same experience that you have had on two different occasions. I will tell you about one for the sake of time.

I was visiting a security booth at the Embassy suits in Niagara Falls Ontario. There were about seven or eight men standing around at the time when this event occured. All of a sudden one of the officers yelled out; "Hey! what the heck!

Everyone asked what's the problem. He said; "I was just standing here when three rain drops fell right in front of me and when I went to look down to see where they landed I couldn't find them.

With that everyone laughed. Except for me!

The next thing that took place what the head of security spoke up and said; "No! listen, it happened to me too, except I was standing over there when it happened. I saw rain drops fall right in front of me and when I looked down they were no where to be found."

One of the guys offered his logical explanation for what took place. He said; "Guys, guys, listen, it's probably just the air conditioning pipes driping."

I told them that sounds pretty good except for one thing, it's winter time, not to mention we don't have AC pipes in this booth. With that everyone began to march out of the booth. I spoke up and said;

"If anyone would like to know what really took place here stay behind and I will tell you."

You guessed it! no one stayed behind so I guess this word is just for you. Seems to me that God is speaking all the time but very few stop and ask what He saying. There is a saying in our troop, There will be so few, that you will think there is something wrong with you. So few will go all the way with God and learn to hear His voice.

Here is the message the Father sends you;

The Father is sending you the Greatest announcment since the First Coming of Jesus Christ. Wow! but who is listening?

The Greatest move of God in the history of the world is set to take place. God has promised that He would in the end times pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. What you have experienced is the sign that God will soon release His latter day rains upon His people. This is the greater fulfillment of what took place on the day of Pentecost when the diciples were filled in the upperroom.

I know for sure that it cannot be an act of God. God speaks to His people through His Word, the Holy Bible (KJV is a reliable version).

When God speaks to His people, God comes to the point and He does not beat about the bush. That supernatural act, if it is supernatural in the first place, is NOT God's style at all.

Don't we hear of idols crying tears ? and many other supernatural acts that confuse the simple-minded.

If it is a supernatural act and it isn't from God, you should know who it is from. I suggest you examine your ways. Scripture provides a model life that we should follow. If we abide by the biblical model, we are automatically covered by the blood of Christ which is a spiritual protection that cannot be penetrated by evil forces.

Don't let Lady06 get you down. Her words lead me to believe that she is denominationally entrenched (Baptist perhaps?). I'm not against Baptist. My only bone to pick is that they lack balance. They concentrate on the Word, yet neglect the resurrection power available to all who (in childlike faith) believe. Water has traditionally represented the Holy Spirit, so the more water present in your dreams, the more He has a hold of you. You were plucking your eyebrows? Hmm...the eyes are the windows of the soul, and for water from some unknown source to drip on your leg? The fact that the water's source is unknown reminds me of John 3:8 where it says "The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is everyone that is born of the Spirit." Also, in Rom. 10:15a you'll find "How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things." You should be excited Ssiat01. The Lord has given you a taste. Are you thisty? Are you hungry? You know what to do.

In closing, ask the Lord to interpret your dream, and He will. Check out Psalm 32:8.

The fact that you were plucking your eyebrows makes me think that this dream has something to do with your appearance.

Basements sometimes represent the unknown or a feeling of being unknown.

When the water dripped down, it came from above (water doesn't drip up does it?) and you looked up for the source but couldn't find it, perhaps meaning that you are wishing for some kind of message from above or some kind of impact from above, which could be from your boss, a significan other, or God.

So, I would guess that you dream is about you feeling hidden away and unnoticed (you are plucking your eyebrows to make yourself more beautiful so you will get noticed) and you do get some affirmation (the water from above) but you don't know exactly who it is from or why.

This is only one interpretation. There may be others that are just as accurate or more accurate than this one. You should read them all and decide for yourself. Actualy we see in the Bible that God does actualy use supernatural means of communication with His people. A burning bush is surely supernatural. God speaks to His children in many ways. Of course the Bible is the word of God, but we see also in the Bible God communicating with Israel and His people through many different kinds of means.


As for the dripping water in the basement perhaps it is a way for God to get your attention away from trivial things like plucking your eyebrows and instead maybe there is a deeper(basement) issue you need to be focused on.
