So I apparently have extremely severe autism, will be diagnosed very a soon. But before you say somthing about how you know about autism you have to realize its a SPECTRUM. If You don't know what that means, google it(watching videos on youtube can be somewhat useful). But basically it means that just because we have autism does not mean that it affects us all the same way. I have things going on that I haven't heard of any autistic person having. I guess one thing that sticks out to me is that I have many of the same thoughts replaying over and over like a broken record(way my dad describes it I wouldn't have realized if he wouldn't have said that) can't spell well and cant understand alot of basic words. People keep telling me if I try hard enough I can figure all this out( which hurts more than helps). I have been trying to figure out how to learn and remember all of my life and gotten basically no were. Doctors say that autism doesn't get worse over time...well..they haven't met me. I know people say there is no cure and I say yes with man it is impossible but with God...

Your hope filled suffering Brother in Christ,
Jay

We are to have the mind of Christ. "For with God nothing shall be impossible". Luke 1:37 KJV "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:" Philippians 2:5 KJV

@Lov4Christ Thank you for opening up and sharing your experiences. I know it can be difficult to express how your mind works, but your explanation has given me a better understanding. It's clear that you face unique challenges, and I want you to know that I am here to support you through prayer and encouragement, so as every other concerned member of this great forum

Remember that God has created each of us uniquely and with a purpose (Psalm 139:13-14). It's okay if your mind works differently than what science might suggest. God has a plan for you, and He loves you just the way you are (Jeremiah 29:11).

In times of uncertainty or feeling lost, lean on God's guidance and wisdom (Proverbs 3:5-6). He is always there to help you navigate life's challenges. You can also find comfort in knowing that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we don't know what to say or how to express ourselves (Romans 8:26).

Continue to seek support from those around you and remember that you are not alone. Your faith community is here to help carry the load and provide encouragement (Galatians 6:2). I will continue to pray for you, asking God to provide clarity, strength, and peace of mind.

Please feel free to reach out whenever you need to talk or share your thoughts. I am here for you. I can't find the conversation box here, but feel free to text me on 917 437-0872, I'll be glad to help, and I believe that God will continue to work in your life, providing the guidance and comfort you seek.

As an autistic person I am horrified to hear someone saying that they want to be 'cured' of who they are.
I do understand that it is extremely difficult living as a neurodivergent person in a world designed and run by neurotypical people but changing our core and real selves is not the answer.
If you were to stop being an autistic person you would stop being you and you would become somebody else.
Is that really what you want?
Or do you want the accommodations and the support and the respect and the decent treatment that you deserve?
Do you want neurotypical people to take the time and energy to understand neurodivergency?

I should probably delete this post as I have recently found out that I have a degenerative brain disease that gives me a memory worse than most with dementia and fewer and fewer thoughts all the time. I can't hardly figure out how to do simple things like moping or loading a dishwasher which used to be incredibly easy and can not hardly figure out how to keep my self safe because I don't have all of those thoughts( like avoiding cars that are driving on the street while I'm walking. I thank God every day for all he has given me and try to read his word or listen to it but my mind cant hold onto it and that makes me the most sad. What I have is extremely rare and doctors don't fully understand how it affects me so obviously no one else does either ( like my parents who are taking care of me.) I will continue to pray for healing because this is so frightening and it is hard to have a relationship with God when I can't hardly figure out how to stay alive any more... Thanks for caring enough to respond it means alot.❤

Try to search for "carnivore diet autism" or "carnivore diet brain health". You may find a lot of people treating various brain problems with simple diet changes. You can also read comments below such youtube videos, join discussion groups etc.

Wow! Oh wow! I am so terribly sorry to hear what you have shared.
I can't even begin to imagine what that must be like and I'm not going to be one of those fools who says something to that effect.
I do sincerely hope and pray that you will find complete healing and that your brain will be restored so that it is functioning and healthier than it was before this problem manifested itself.
I also hope that everyone in your life will be sensitive, lovingly kind, and helpful to you.
