Like many P&W leaders, I have a hard time sometimes picking good fast songs, and they seem to get old faster than the slow songs (or maybe that's just my perception).
Fast songs I like include (in no particular order):
Your Voice (Vicky Beeching)
Ascend (Lenny LeBlanc)
Lowest Place (Laura Hackett)
You Are (Giant Killer) (Dennis Jernigan)
Praises Rise (Ramey Walen)
Dance (Suzy Yarei)

Other great female singers:

Bethel Music: Kalley Heiligenthal, Jenn Johnson, Amanda Cook. Check out "Good Good Father" with Heiligenthal on lead vocals, and "You Make Me Brave" with Cook on lead vocals.

One of the most criminally under-recognized vocalists imo is London Gatch from Elevation Worship. Limited range, but a uniquely pure tone to her voice, which imo more than compensates, and her pitch is fantastic (with only minimal Auto-tune as far as I can tell). Check out "Everlasting Father," "God Be Praised," "Greater," "Sing Forever," "The Love of Jesus," and "Unchanging God."

Also a real powerhouse: Jenny Dreyer from Flatirons Community Church. Check out "Revelation Song." Not sure if she's with them any more.

Also Erin Hill from Sovereign Grace Music. Check out "All I Have is Christ."

If NLC Music posts any of their songs from their about-to-be-released EP, I'll supply a pointer. Lindsey Glidden is the Worship Leader for Next Level Church's Portsmouth NH site, and she batted a home run on a song called "The Love of God." (I play on her Portsmouth team every other Sunday, so that's how I know about her.)
