Sometimes no matter how your mate thinks your hot, you still uncomfortable.

I think it probably takes awhile before feeling totally comfortable with this. My wife was not comfortable with this at all because she thought I may not find her attractive. I just kept on reassuring her that I found her body wonderful.

Me on the other hand; I am a nudist by nature - only in my own house - no kids. I figure if she doesn't like my body then she can put on blinders . Haven't had to buy her any yet .

Of course I think women are more sensitive to this than men.

I've not really had a huge problem with this...certainly not felt ashamed but at times have felt uncomfortable if I'm worrying about my appearance. Soft lighting such as candles or a low wattage lamp can give a confidence boost...these types of lighting are not as harsh as others.

It took me awhile at first, but now, it is just natural to be that way in front of my Wife. It also helped me feel better about my body. I am no longer afraid show all.

Honestly I've not had a problem with this, although we usually have very different schedules and he's either asleep or not home when I am changing.

There are any number of reasons someone could be uncomfortable. Some are easy to overcome and some are not so easy.

Sometimes I feel uncomfortable, sometimes I don't. My husband loves my body, anyway. He also feels the same way sometimes.

Early in the marriage I was more uncomfortable with it, but not for years now. Undressing, being undressed, hanging around unclothed - "clothing optional nights" we call them - are part of the intimate pleasures of married life. Mind you, we're not young people and our birthday suits don't fit like they used to, but that's not what it's all about, anyway.

And he doesn't have a problem with it, either. It's dangerous if you ask me. I'm not trying to force my view on you, but I am concerned.

I suppose this is a ladies issue, though, so I'll leave it to them.

I dont undress in front of him very often. Nor do i walk around naked. but one reason is my 16 yr old son. when you have kids you cant really walk around naked, so you just get in the habit of being clothed all the time. Plus i have gained weight over the years and dont feel comfortable with my own body.

The only thing I am self concious about in front of my hubby, is wiping my tushie after going. Everything else, I am fine with. I think we all have different levels of comfort, and some we get used to. I've been married 6 years and I'm still not comfy with the whole wiping thing though.LOL
