Trump has loudly asserted that he has tried to protect the integrity of the American
voting system. Yet, Trump is being implicated in a number of indictments that
tried to change either vote counts in the 2020 election, or the electoral college
vote counts.
Jenna Ellis was Trump's campaign attorney in 2020, and has reached a plea
deal to have multiple charges against her dropped, in exchange for her complete
cooperation and testimony in the Arizona case. complete cooperation involves
testifying about all involved in the fraud scheme, even if they are not indicted
in this case.
Mark Meadows, Rudi Giuliani, and 15 other defendants are indicted.
Donald Trump is not indicted by name, but is called "unindicted co-conspirator 1".
That this case is being pursued, means that there is enough evidence for prosecutors
to bring the case to trial. And that the case involves former Chief of Staff for Trump,
his former legal counsel Giuliani, and former campaign manager attorney, is bad
news for Trump. The evidence supporting election fraud committed by the Trump
team, will be on display to the world.
