Personally, I am glad. I am not a fan of TBN's word-of-faith prosperity gospel teachings.

TBN was founded in 1973. It includes more than 30 24-hour networks, making it the world's largest faith-based television group.

This Orange county area really does have a Christian theme to it... The Crystal Cathedral was sold a few years ago, which is now "Christ Cathedral", also there's the Angels Stadium" and like you said there's TBN.

The Catholic Church bought the Christ Cathedral, I wonder who is buying TBN?
