Thoughts on this timeline?

Hello folks. What are your thoughts on this timeline? It is supposed to satisfy both Preterists and Futurists, as the End Times may have began with the fall of the 2nd Temple in 70 AD, but we may be approaching the tribulation. In other words, we have been in the end times for nearly 2000 years, but the closer we get to the tribulation period, the more we know that the tribulation is near. The year 20XX represents some future year, which could happen today, or hundreds of years from now. Also, the blooming fig tree could represent Israel becoming a new nation in 1948, or getting new borders according to the UN in 1967, and a generation will not die after the fig tree blooms. So, if people born in 1967 live 80 years (or a max of 120 years), could we be close to the end times? Jesus says we will not know the hour. Do you guys think that the end is close, say sometime in this century?

Jesus said it will be His terrible Day of fiery wrath, that we won't know when it will happen. It will strike the world unexpectedly and it will set the scene for all the rest of the Prophesied end times to take place. 2 Peter 3:7
As Psalms 83 tells us, that Day will be triggered by an attack on Israel by an Islamic confederacy. It is looking very close now!

Quite a good timeline there bro. I would just say that Israel`s final chastisement is 7 years, while for the nations the tribulation is 6.11 years.

The Tribulation of the Nations – 6 years & 11 months.



At the same time of Israel`s 7 year chastisement God will bring tribulation upon the Nations. This will be for 6 years and 11 months, just short of the 7 years. Jesus told us that this would happen.

`For there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, nor ever shall be.

And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect`s sake those days will be shortened.` (Matt. 24: 21 & 22)



We can see this by placing the rule of the anti-Christ and then Jesus` return, on the timeline. We are told in God`s word that the anti-Christ rules for three and a half years. (1,260 days or 42 months).

`And he (anti-Christ) was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. ` (Rev. 13: 5)



At the end of the 42 months (1,260) Jesus comes in power and great glory and deals with the beast, (anti-Christ) and false prophet and their armies surrounding Jerusalem.

`And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

And I saw the beast captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshipped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. ` (Rev. 19: 19 – 21)



When the Lord comes in power and great glory that is described as being on a white horse. White, for light, glory and horse, for power.

`they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds with power & great glory.

And He will send His angels..` (Matt.24: 30 & 31)



`when Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God,..` (2 Thess. 1: 7)

Thanks. You have a good timeline as well. The AC would be part of the second half of the tribulation in my timeline. I wonder if the war going on in 2023-2024 could be a sign of the times.

The next Prophesied event that the world will experience will be the Sixth Seal. Revelation 6:12-17 Proved by how the first Five Seals were opened at Jesus’ Ascent to heaven. Revelation 6:1-11 All those things have happened, we have experienced wars, famines, plagues and economic disasters aplenty. Any more of those and humankind would have been wiped out.
The Sixth Seal worldwide disaster, of cosmic and earthly events; graphically prophesied in the Bible over 100 times, will cause the earth to shudder and shake, and move out of her place....Isaiah 13:13, Isaiah 24:19-20, Revelation 6:14

It will be just a one Day event, as the Coronal Mass Ejection explosion of the suns surface, that the Lord will instigate, Isaiah 30:26a, Psalms 50:1-3, will quickly pass; travelling at 3.5 million mph. But the strike onto the earth of a multi billion ton mass, of superheated Hydrogen plasma, will literally cause all the prophesied effects of the virtual depopulation of all the Middle East region, Ezekiel 30:1-5, Isaiah 13:9, Isaiah 66:17, and worldwide devastation.
It won't affect the daily rotation of the earth, ask any scientist to tell you how totally destructive a sudden change to the earths spin would be.

What it will do is speed up the earth’s orbit by pushing the earth as it moves now at 66,000 mph on its orbital track. Just imagine it; a mass approaching a fast moving object, some may initially hit direct, then the main mass; pressing on the trailing side. This will speed up our 365.24 day year to a 360 day year.
Making the time periods as given by Daniel and Revelation fit exactly!

Regarding the darkness on that Day: Amos 5:18-20, Joel 2:31,
The sun will be obscured by the approaching mass, then when it has passed, there will be smoke and ash clouds for possibly months. Isaiah 60:2

The effects of the earthquakes, storms and tsunamis. plus the moon shining bright red and the earths atmosphere being pushed aside, are what a massive CME can and will cause.

Because this will be a seemingly natural disaster, those who disbelieve in God, will continue in their disbelief and when the Leader of the One World Govt demands worship of him, they will be happy to do so. Revelation 13:8

Interesting. It could be an asteroid also, such as whatever Wormwood is, or some massive comet with a dusty tail. What do you think about nuclear war?

No, the Sixth Seal could not be a comet, the effects just do not match. Also we would have plenty of warning as it approached.

Why? We have brains and we have modern knowledge.
Astronomers and astro-physicists, observe the sun; they know how it can and does eject superheated plasma at times. They warn us of the likelihood of a big CME striking the earth and how it would badly affect us.
Just as many Bible Prophesies say it will. Knowing what the Lord intends to do, will be a big help when it happens.

Yes, Alex, I believe the Gaza war is a prelude to the Russian invasion probably early next year. We`ll be gone by then.

I feel the end times will pick up later, probably by mid-century, but at the earliest in the 2030s. Society has dialed up the wokeness over the past two to five years, but the antichrist has not happened yet.

Israel is the key to what God is doing. When you see the Russian Federation coming down to the Golan heights early next year, then look up for we will be going to be with the Lord. You see Israel is being attacked on all sides, but soon there will be a temporary peace and Russia and Iran especially will be plotting. Iran will not wait till the mid-century, they are bent on Israel`s annihilation.

But we can read what the Prophets have told us. What the Lord actually has planned for our future, instead of the fanciful ideas and incredible beliefs that abound today.
When Jesus was here, He commenced His ministry by reading Isaiah 61:1-2, but He stopped before - and a day of the vengeance of our Lord.
This surely indicates that the next Prophesied event after He gave us Salvation, will be His terrible Day of vengeance and wrath.
Wait for the Day.... Zephaniah 3:8

Yes, we will have to wait and see like you said. I`m actually not speculating but see God`s Appointed Time for the Rapture in His word. On Worthy Christian Forums I am writing about that in my blogs - Marilyn`s Messages.
