Has anyone read Toni Weschler' book Taking Charge of Your Fertility: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement?

I just ordered it today from Amazon (because it has rave reviews), and am curious if anyone else has read this book and what they thought about it.

I wanted to get John Billings' The Art of Natural Family Planning, but that was way too expensive!

I like the Billings method book, for general information.

TCOYF didn't seem to help me all that much, since I don't ovulate, but I agree with Felinity a lot of women have had luck with it, and do recomend it like the fertility bible.

That's good to know, actually. I haven't read TCOYF. I've thought to buy it in the past, but I don't ovulate, either. I wasn't sure to what extent it dealt with unusual cycles.

It has bits and pieces about women with issues with their cycles. Anyway - I think you can find more on the internet about PCOS than you will find in the book.

I'd just check it out of the library and get the basics, but you probably know all of that by now anyway.

I bought the book and was overwhelmed by all the information inside. There are things I never thought of in there, it covers EVERYTHING! This book certainly covers much more than you will find surfing the net. Like I said though it is a bit overwhelming.
