Dear St. Raphael, make me a careful, confident, competent and safe driver.
Protect me against my own follies, foibles, faults, stupidities and mistakes as well as against those of others.
Protect my car against mechanical failures and help me in difficulties and problems caused by the weather or other circumstances including my state of mind or health.
Do you, St. Raphael, please drive for me and with me.

Why not join the Sacred Heart Auto League? I did and I have a prayer card in my car and a cool (even my teenage niece thinks so!) acrylic Sacred Heart of Jesus madalion-like thing that I stuck on my dash. During the winter when we got some fierce snow storms, I would cross the medalion and ask Jesus to watch over me and all the other drivers. There's no set dues, but you can donate money.
