Aww, don't be scared. The bottom line is no one knows the day nor the hour. People have been saying the world is going to end for 2005 years. ;) In fact, the original followers of Jesus thought that his coming was imminent. Before the second millenium, they thought they world was going to end, just like all that Y2K hype taht we remember from 1999. No one knows, and the first sign of an article not being reliable is someone trying to affix an exact date.

You should see how innacurate some of the Nostradamus interpreters are. :p There's this one guy who, in his popular book, said that the Ayatollah Khomeni was the anti-Christ. After the Ayatollah died, he released a second edition saying that Nostradamus' prophecies point to Saddam Hussein. ;) So he changed
his tune when his original interpretation didn't come true. And prophecy can be so vague that depending on how you interpret it, it can apply to many situations.

Don't be scared. :) These prophecies used to keep me awake at night terrified when I was your age, too.

Those are only the author's views.
He seems pretty smart, but also note he has made mistakes on his "predictions" and he also states that.

I think the author is wise and all but I don't think anyone can foresee the future, unless it's God himself. We don't even know if there ever will be a "WW III" (at least if it will be called that). And even if there was, maybe it wouldn't be the last WW, who knows if there will ever be a WW 5, 6, 7, etc.

The author doesn't claim to be a psychic or a prophet.
We all have our own views. God is the only one that knows this stuff. I don't care if it's a homeless bum or if it's the pope - no one knows when this kind of stuff will happen.

Don't be afraid of WW III or the Arabs overthrowing America or whatever. That is only a view this author shares. Everyone has a different opinion about it, but the honest truth is that absolutely noone knows but God.

@Poohbear246: You're right on the money with you statement ;)

Aye, same here - it is kind of creepy. But I think St. Malachy was just about as accurate as any other human being at predicting anything (besides God, Jesus, and the people who helped write the Bible, etc).

I don't live by Malachy's, nor any other "prophet" (unless they're mentioned in the Bible)'s predictions. I plan on living to a ripe old age (unless of course I unexpectly got hit by a bus or something :p). Predictions are guesses, guesses are generalized thoughts about something. I'm not going to sweat over the possability of something "Bad" happening to me, otherwise I'll have wasted my whole life worrying about nothing.

I hope my advice sort of helped. Once you read that stuff it kind of creeps you out, but I have yet to see a non-Biblical 'prophet' hit the ball on the dot.

you've helped me more than you know. i thought about what you said last night - while i was still creeping out - and this morning i woke up and realized i worried so much over the "prophecies" that i didn't see how amazing it was that we have a knew Pope. I didn't take time to rejoice in one of the most memorable events i've had in my 16 years. thank you so much.
