It ought to say orthodox preterist, the Postmillenialist number is too low, and the "Left Behind" number is way too high, but other than that it's pretty good.

You scored as Amillenialist; Amillenialism believes that the 1000 year reign is not literal but figurative, and that Christ began to reign at his ascension. People take some prophetic scripture far too literally in your view.

You scored as a Preterist; You take the historical setting of the Bible very seriously, and believe that passages like Daniel 7 and Mark 13 were speaking about their own day rather than the End of Time, though there will still be a time when Jesus is 'unveiled' and there will be final judgement and new creation.

The Premises Are A Catalogue--

of the "Complex Question" fallacy. This quiz says far more about the person who designed it than those who take it.

What people are describing as "Moltmannian Eschatology" is essentially what I have advocated all along as the "Ideal" interpretation of the Revelation. My "broken record" references to an eschatology based on the incarnation of Christ in his life, death and resurrection is what Jürgen Moltmann is about. This is (largely) an ivory tower perspective, and I am glad that it is beginning (finally!) to get some attention on CF fora.

Blessings!

I Admit It...I Couldn't Resist:

You scored as a Moltmannian Eschatology Jürgen Moltmann is one of the key eschatological thinkers of the 20th Century. Eschatology is not only about heaven and hell, but God's plan to make all things new. This should spur us on to political and social action in the present.

Moltmannian Eschatology 100%

Preterist 100%

Amillenialist 100%

Postmillenialist 40%

Premillenialist 25%

Dispensationalist 0%

Left Behind 0%

I had to do a 3-way tie-breaker to get this. That I can understand. But 25% Premill? How'd THAT get in there!?!? REALLY!!! I must have misunderstood the question...

Blessings!
