Did it indicate Evangelical Lutheran (ELCA) or Missouri-Synod (LCMS)? If ELCA, then you could look to see if there is an Episcopal church near you - ELCA & Episcopal are in full communion with each other. If LCMS, I am not sure what to suggest.

No real surprises for me, though the denomination I am a member of (EFCA) is not listed among the choices (too small of a denomination, I suppose). PCA should be my #1 choice according to the survey, with Reformed Baptist and Reformed Churches also coming in at 100%.

I was surprised at a the number of churches the survey deemed "Christian" as I would refer to four of them as cults (or at least "non-Christian") with a couple more on the fringe at best. I would have liked to have seen a few more of the smaller Christian denominations included but, at least for me, I doubt my top three picks would have changed even if they were.
