Protection in the Scriptures

Hi everyone, so I decided years ago to enter the field of Criminal Justice, I know that this job field isn't the safest but its what I decided on. I've begun to look to the Bible for scriptures about God's protection (specifically his promises), I have found a few in the Old Testament and particularly look to Isaiah 41:13 as my favorite verse on the topic. So my question here is 3-fold:
. Does anyone have recommendations for good Bible verses and promises on God's protection?
. Are there any verses about God's protection in the New Testament?
. Any particular verses or teachings to remember when in times of danger

Psalm 91 NASB

1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust!”
3 For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper
And from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with His pinions,
And under His wings you may seek refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark.

5 You will not be afraid of the terror by night,
Or of the arrow that flies by day;
6 Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness,

John 10:28-30
28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.
