Prayer to become more intelligent

Dear Members:
My prayer request is that God will help me become more intelligent at my new job. I started working offically last week at a insurance company, and I keep messing up. I hate messing up and I do the best that I can to understand what the member is saying and trying to understand. I might have a little hearing problem, but I do not want any to know to that I might have a learning problem, just a little bit.

Please pray that God will help me to highly intelligent and not messing up.

I write down a lot of notes especially when people in my work area tell me to reply to the member. To be honest with you i haven't given myself a break. I been beating myself up when i make a mistake or not understand what the member is saying on the phone. I am trying to understand what is going on in the conversation.
