Plane Crash Dream

I had a dream that a Plane crashed her in my town and that it caused great fire to spread all over because ther was some kind of chemical on the plane and people could not leave there homes because the gas's could kill you.

Does any one know what this may mean?

Not sure, it can mean a number of things including, of course, being a specific prediction.

I have several airplane into disaster/possible disaster dreams... the first one presaged 9/11 by a few months but had a dual meaning for me I did not get until years later. I had a few others afterwards, which I believe are likely all tied together.

An airplane can represent an organization, a group moving towards a singular destination.

Any organization. Any group.


Or, it can be more literal.


Gas... can be literal or stand for anything flammable. The anointing oil of oil as seen in Scripture is flammable. It came from pressed olives, into golden olive oil which people used for their lamps. As a "for instance".

Just wondering if you could see or knew the color of the plane or saw any type of markings on the plane? Were there any people you recognized? CoG97 pretty much hit on what I would say . . . could be literal . . . more likely is symbolic . . . like where the plane represents an organization. Another question is where were you during the dream, observing or in the dream?

I wonder if this has anything to do with the grounding of planes in Europe? Planes across Europe were grounded and people stranded across the planet because of outgassing from a Volcano in Iceland. They've recently lifted the ban on travel, but it seems to be intermittent (Scandinavia, last I heard was back under the ban) and all it would take is a crash to strand everyone again.

If the dream is symbolic, air is ofen associated with the spiritual realm. So it could refer to a spiritual or Christian organization (e.g. a church).

If you feel comfortable with this, one way to respond to a dream like this is to pray, and ask God to intervene and prevent the plane crash (whether spiritual or literal). Ask Him to take hold of the plane & set it down gently so people can get disembark safely & that there will be no dangerous after-effects that can be harmful to people and cause them to stay in their homes. Pray that people will be able to trust aeroplanes again.

They are also clearly in motion, elevated and lifted by air currents. High and untouchable, but also vulnerable to coming down.

crashed here in my town

in a realm that will impact people you know -- something fairly close to you but not necessarily directly harming you.

Something that not only hits, but catches on other matter and increases. A fire is more dangerous when it has been sitting untouched, than when it first appears.

Caused ignition. Planted by someone for intentional or probably fire, unless you felt otherwise.

Fire feeds off whatever is sitting nearby. Wood, brush, paper...stored energy. It grows when things and people allow it to consume objects. It has no evil intent on its own, but causes much to disappear and cease existence. Fire turns things into memories of ash.

On a personal level, if recently you'd been riding a wave of popularity and then you accidentally said something that hurt someone... you didn't mean to let it slip out but then suddenly everyone was angry with you. Then you would feel like hiding in your house and not coming out until people forgot who you were. In that case, the fire would be the gossip that spread.

In US news, I see a hit with the health care bill, where many people involved in IT and health care are braced for operations -- they are setting their budgets and technologies, staff allocations... toward making it work. (I think UK and many other countries will see similar changes.)

Once the hit happens, the race gun is fired, the action is on. The fire feeds off the stored energy of all the people and organizations involved. The fire no longer needs ignition, because the people will feed its spread.

In your dream, people are confined and afraid. Something hit them unexpectedly, and they seem to know no other solution than to cower and trust in themselves. Or trust in their spiritual connection with God.

If you were to take the example of health care changes, I doubt there will be many alternatives to signing in with the plan. People will be stuck in their own limited confines, and will not be able to use many outside resources.

If your dream was on a more personal level, the dangerous vapors might have been leftover fumes from people upset with you. The toxins get inside and damage your ability to breathe and think.

This is the time to pray over it -- before it happens. God is so gracious in giving us alerts, even if they make no sense at the time.

I dont remember the plane expect it was white and I was at theses apartments I lived in when I was young over 15yrs ago. There was a guy there who I didn't know that knew a friend of mine that died in his sleep and we were talking about how we both knew our friend that died his name was phil,that was in a red mini van we were in after the plan hit listening to the radio and the radio was broadcasting that people should stay in there homes,and we were tryin to leave the area in the van but couldnt because the fire surrounded us. I dont remeber the plane just it looked white and flew over us than crashed about 2miles away from us and then we seen the smoke and the fire spread so fast like with in seconds so fast like gas light with fire all over.

Dreams or visions from God.. Pray and ask God to take away the dream if it is not His... If it is from God, pray during the dream that He explains them with more details... He will..If it is not from God, your prayer to God to have them cease, should help them not return nor come to mind.

Quiet your heart and seek in that manner. Remember to find an isolated spot, even if that means a room where no one else is so you can concentrate and listen.


And free your mind from any pre-conceived biases. Anything may be wrong. How can we accept a message from God if we believe something contradictory? That is another good prayer to have. Finally, accepting a message we may not want to believe is a state we need to have our heart in. Be willing to accept any message.

Think about your emotions and thoughts after Phil's death -- the feeling that there was no way you could prevent it, the wish that you could turn back time, the confusion over how it could have happened. I think your dream was describing that information through how you saw his death. Mourning, grieving.

This very well may be about the polish aircrash. This was a horrendous event which killed the polish president and many dignitaries from Poland: it happened right in the same forest where they were going for a war memorial. Russia had massacred 22,000 of their soldiers there during WWII and for years blamed it on the Nazis.

That is a huge event because it effects a great number of countries.


But here is the kicker: for the funeral, Western leaders could not visit ('leave their homes') because at this very same time the Iceland Volcano blanketed Europe with smoke stopping all air travel.


Fire: Destruction, burning away.

Poisonous Gas: Bad leftover, poison from crash.


I am not sure how these events will turn out, but it is looking very bad for global events.

Very poisonous for global relations.

If an investigation ensues and discovers the Russian made plane had a remote kill switch on it, this would be extremely bad for Russia.


The global implications would be horrible.


OTOH, it might actually help end nations doing these sorts of extremely vile behavior.

That same volcano (or at least the one neighboring it) have the potential to create worldwide panic and war through famines and shortages due to crop failures and severely cold temperatures if they keep erupting for long enough. Combine the effects of already strained relations with this sort of natural disaster and I wouldn't put world war 3 off the radar.

But on the note of the dream, if I had to point to anything in particular, that would be it (my first thoughts in this dream when I read it were of the Polish president, then thinking of the Iceland eruption... this was before you gave more details for the dream and I didn't think the dream was related to the Polish president because of that... like as often happens in my life, I just need to trust and spout out when I get answers).

On that later point, yes. That is something good to notice. The Spirit often tells us stuff, and it is important to listen to that prompting, discern it, and with feedback (from faith, events happening, and honest folks helping) it really helps.


I honestly simply was diverted entirely. I have had these plane dreams and they all point to around about "now". I have to search and pray on what it all means.

I did immediately get a very strong sense about: the meteorite, the polish plane/Russians, and the ash cloud... and posted on that in another thread, but I did not know what it means. Now, I see for one it is a sign on earth and in the Heavens (Joel 2): blood (polish massacre/polish crash), fire (meteorite across midwest), and billows of smoke (Iceland Ash Cloud).


Had I not studied the politics of the region, I am not sure if I could have picked up on the intrigue there.

I did not tie my plane dreams, nor this plane dream to this situation, however, because I was so pre-occupied about other events.


There are a lot of possibilities about how these things may pan out, but I did get a strong prompting in the Spirit on all of these news issues. I finally made a separate post on the Polish plane crash today after seeing the Ukrainian/Russian naval base deal and the protests resulting from that.



Consider: if the Russians did cause the plane to crash by a remote kill switch, think of how impactful that would be if it was exposed?

It was a Russian made plane. It is not uncommon for some nations to put in such trojan horses in their technology. Especially not paranoid, cunning ones as Russia has been. And especially not when selling said technology to satellite nations they used to own.

That is what I get on the matter, also some other events are brewing... which are very embarrassing and bad.


However, as you said, who knows what else? Does seem something big is "in the air". Matters to search and pray on.

I do have a strong sense this situation will really blow up, however.


Volcano... blow up... pressure building...

Smoke... covering...

Poison... poisoning international relations...

Err... more proof that Bible Time is right on. I mean, the past three threads I've posted on you all have just been quoting their yahoo group discussion threads verbatim, albeit months or years later. Sorry, to answer you, yes. And if you want to know that I have no ulterior motives here... I'm fairly estranged from Bible Time at the moment, probably my own doing, autistic short temper of mine.

Thank all of you for your very good insight on this dream and it does seem to line up with the Polish plane crash and the Volcano too because people cant come out of there homes.

I really think "RedRed" put the right finger on the issue, as have other posters who have stated they genuinely believe it is the end of the world.

What is happening, I believe, is Christians and the Church is being empowered, while the foes of the Church are dropping like flies.

Like the Fall of the House of Usher.

Scripture says Jesus - and therefore through the Church - is eliminating all enemies, with death itself being the last. So it is natural to see at some juncture a major convergence.


Once Christians start to really figure out how faith and prayer works, mind reading, and the like...


For a long time Christians have been genuinely dis-empowered by lying doctrines, first from the church, then from secularist, unbelieving theories.


There has been a lot of talk about this sort of thing for years, but it has not yet happened yet, and I believe most of the talk was unclear. Unclear, but at the same time with a lot of metaphorically true accuracy.


When someone prays for something to happen, God ultimately designs how it happens, like the fall of totalitarian systems. But, if they genuinely believe and hold that faith regardless of how "impossible" the odds, it does come to pass.


The rising in power of the children of God, while their enemies and the enemies of God are brought down.



How, after all, will these events end up faring for Russia and other nations who continue to embrace unbelieving, satanic ways as their mode of operation?


They trust in their deceit, their cunning, their ability to manipulate and deceive... they trust in their technology, soldiers, and weapons... but their fatal error is they do not trust in God.

Like Pharaoh they have been raised up as "the mighty" only to be brought down by the foolish and weak so all may see God's hand behind both.


And God's eternal favor on the weak and foolish.

Dunno maybe I'm wrong, but I had an odd feeling about the horrible oil rig catastrophe. Of course it is a fallen world and things happen, but it takes the wisdom of God to know which was simply accidental or otherwise
