Pizza Dream? Seriously

Hello again,

I had this odd dream last night and it was literaly a pizza dream. In the dream I saw 3 pizza men wearing red uniforms delivering pizzas in the same neighborhood. I decided to follow one of the guys and he was carrying 2 pizza to the same place. One pizza had the word chili and may have been in the red box and another says spicy and was in a white box, keep in mind that the colors could have gone the other way. He delivered the pizza to this guy and said that this time I did not get lost. The dream ends.

No pun intended but does this dream have any meaning or is it a pizza dream?
I had an opinion on what this dream may be saying and have prayed about it, but I wanted to hear others opinion on this to confirm what it is saying.

I had a dream about cheeseburgers once, so I suppose that food dreams are not all that unusual.

The Lord speaks to me in my dreams a lot, so He led me to buy a dictionary called Understanding the Dreams you Dream : Biblical Keys for Hearing God's Voice in the Night, by Ira Milligan.

Colors are very important. Here are the entries from that book for red and white:

Red: Passion; emotion; anger; hatred; lust; sin; enthusiasm; zeal.

White: Pure; Without mixture; unblemished; spotless; righteousness; blameless; truth; innocence.

Solid food can represent the Word of God or perhaps, teaching of any kind, good or bad.

As for the delivery man who was lost before, but not the last time, here are two more entries:

Lost: Truth lost through tradition; gift lost through neglect; soul lost through sin.

Found: Revelations or gifts received from God.

Numbers are also significant.

Three: Conform; obey; copy; initiate; likeness; tradition.

As far as delivery men go, there's no specific entry for that. But dreaming about men you don't know can mean they are either angels or demons.

Atmosphere is important, too. Were you afraid of the pizza delivery men? Did one of the pizzas make you uneasy? Things like that can make a difference in interpretation.

Since many of the symbols can mean opposite things, it's only through prayerful seeking of the Lord that you will find what the dream means to you specifically.

Pizza seems to represent choices or variety. In this dream, you weren't the one who had the choices, but had to watch someome else get them.

Your wording at the end was unclear-- was "didn't get lost" referring to you, or the delivery guy? I ask because it feels like he's blaming you or assigning inadequacy if he's referring to you. If it's about him, I would think that you feel more reassured about how your making decisions these days.

The colors that chowdersmom listed--those are very universal symbolisms, so it's likely you can apply them. I thought it intriguing that you knew or heard the colors could be interchanged, and you can think through how that fits.

Interesting, "chili" has been described in dictionaries as representing raw instincts (maybe how you wish you could decide), and "spicy" as needing to look at something from different perspectives (more analytical and diverse).

How this feels overall--maybe way off track but just my observation -- is that you have some areas of your life where you feel like you should have total freedom to decide for yourself, feel the satisfaction of a solid meal getting delivered to you, but other people are limiting your choices, and it feels like others don't have these same limits. They get the rewards, and you're still following the delivery guys to figure out what their plans are.

Possible insight...could your dream refer to choosing between 3 different guys that you may be interested in dating? The one you chose to follow could be the one you have really have the 'hots' (chili, spicy) for? Your not getting lost again could show that this dude been playing 'hard to get', yet sees you as persistence and appreciates you deeming him worthy of your pursuit.
