TRENTON, July 27, (LifeSiteNews.com) - On July 26, a federal judge refused to dismiss the civil rights lawsuit brought against New Jersey officials by The Children First Foundation for rejecting the organization’s pro-adoption “Choose Life” specialty plate in violation of the group’s freedom of speech, due process and equal protection.

New Jersey has plates to save the Meadowlands, neuter pets, support organ donation, conserve wildlife, conquer cancer, treasure our trees, protect the Pinelands and bring home the Battleship USS New Jersey. It has plates for Podiatrists, the Knights of Columbus, Masons, Square Dancers, Notre Dame, Newark Firefighters, Submarine Veterans, Operating Engineers, Seton Hall, ham operators, Chiropractors, Tin Can Sailors and on and on.

But Choose Life?
