The AI Agent Era Requires a New Kind of Game Theory
Zico Kolter, a Carnegie Mellon professor and board member at OpenAI, tells WIRED about the dangers of AI agents interacting with one another—and why models need to be more resistant to attacks.
I have warned against trusting the new neural net AI tools that are being
produced by every Tom-Dick-and-Harry company that is putting them out.
BECAUSE, they are the weakest for of AI inference algorithm.
BUT NOW, companies are putting these AI tools behind software that can
automatically carry out scheduling or purchases, or sales. And THAT makes
the amount of damage they can do, through poor inference, MUCH MUCH WORSE.
You don't promote a n employee with poor inference ability, to a position that
has more and more executionary power. Any manager who does this, doesn't
understand what management is.
