Nancy Mace attends 'town hall' in private gated community on an island. The general public was excluded.

The congresswoman representing South Carolina's 1st Congressional district on April 23 attended an event on Dataw Island, a private, gated community. Attendance was restricted to members of the Dataw Island Owners' Association. About 200 people welcomed Mace, while about two dozen protesters carrying signs and blowing horns camped out on Sea Island Parkway on St. Helena Island, several miles from the front gates of the upscale community.

It's a sad time when the rich can't talk with their elected representatives without common people complaining. You want government to work for you, make some money and quit being so poor.
