My Singing Monsters

This is a thread for members who enjoy the game called My Singing Monsters. I thought it would be cool for people to get together and discuss a game they enjoy playing.

Right now I'm playing this game on my iPhone but once I get my replacement computer next week I plan on playing it on my computer as well. I discovered the game about two days ago and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. Its helped me pass the time while I've been stuck with my leg elevated....

Right now I'm enjoying the creativity of breeding monsters and the fact that we can get free Monsters to advance in the game.

The graphics are great, the music is pretty cool and I like the fact that they're fair about members getting all the supplies they need for free. Other game companies and games, like Farmvale, aren't very fair when it comes to the expectation of expense for supplies. Very pleased my singing monsters is not only a fun game but they are fair when it comes to offering all supplies for free.

Rofl! Awesome! Wow, your islands must look pretty wonderful. I've only been playing for two days and I've made some good progress but... I'm struggling to increase the size of my home on the water island. The plant island and water Island are my favorite. But, the water Island takes much higher totals of coins etc.

I'm interested to see how the game will be on the computer and an iPad too. I don't have an iPad yet but my replacement computer will be in next week… It should be in next week!

I bet the game is pretty cool on the Kindle and IPad.

Do you find it takes a lot of battery power? Even though I keep my iPhone plugged in, My battery always seems to run low when I'm playing the game for a long time.

Okay is it just me who is disappointed with gold island? I put a couple monsters there and I spent so much doing it and there just doesn't seem to be any reward for it apart from some coins for completing goals. But I spent more coins putting the Monsters on gold island than I got back as rewards. The Monsters need an incredible amount of food which in turn takes an incredible amount of coins. Once the monsters are on gold island they don't earn coins so I'm not seeing The point… Am I missing something??

My Kindle takes up battery power just by using the internet. I have to charge it daily if I'm on it a lot.

The Gold Island is just a showcase. Big whoop, right? At least you still collect coins for those monsters on the islands they live on.

One word of advice, when you get enough coins, buy a mine so you can collect the gems Put one on each island (gold can't have them).

I'm just disappointed… I invested my game coin on gold Island Way too soon. I just wanted to earn more coin by completing some game goals to increase the size of my home on the water island but it backfired.

Yes, so true. I have mines on every island I have open except for SagaBush Island. I decided to increase the size of my water island home first so I can bread some high-paying monsters.

I refuse to do the Ethereal Island though because I read from other players that it's not worth the aggravation. Once you teleport a monster there you can't put him back and it uses different gems. If I get REALLY bored some day I might take a chance.

I think my next goal is to make all my monsters 100% happy.

Those are my thoughts on ethereal island as well. Good to know I'm on the right track there. One of my long term goals is decorating simply because I love that part of these games.

Very nice! I've been thinking about buying an HP tablet or an iPad or even a small inexpensive laptop but I'm just not sure what to do. I have this iPhone now so I may just stick with that and my desktop and then finally by myself a good laptop. The thing is though, I don't want to buy another computer until windows nine, threshold, comes out.

If I finished a book, I could just open up another one so that was awesome! I don't use it for anything else except to play a few games, read and check the weather.

I wanted an iPad but I was given this iPhone. Don't get me wrong I really like the iPhone and it was very generous of these people to give it to me. I just like a bigger screen because of my health problems.

Yes, it would be great if we could get a good thread going. The game is a good way to pass the time. it's not only got great graphics and game set up but they are fair when it comes to offering supplies and if you like music it's an extra bonus!

Now that I have enough Monsters to bread other good Monsters and to earn coin, I need to be patient at this point and just accumulate coin and monsters and diamonds. The main problem I foresee are diamonds but having the mines and constantly accumulating gives us players a fair shake at not going broke if we want to play this game. I really really appreciate that about this game!

Other game developers aren't so nice. For instance Farmville. But concept is great and it has some great graphics but the glitches and their money hungry stance is a real turn off. I stopped playing my game. They also use a lot of tracking cookies and can dish out some unsafe links and some computer problems so that's a turn off too.

I'm excited… Once all this food is baked Ill finish some game goals and I should be much closer to upgrading my water Island Castle.
