On Mount Hermon, this Psalm line speaks of the blessing, everlasting life, conmmanded there. -harar is singular in this verse, for it is speaking of Mount Hermon, as Mount Zion, and nothing else.

Psa 133:3
As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountain of Zion [Hermon -is it Mount Eden?]: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, [even] life for evermore.
The Psalmist seems to be referring to the promise of the tree of Life appointed/commanded for the elect/righteous, when the tree of Life is given to them to eat, which was in the midst of the Paradise of God -on Mount Hermon pre-flood, it seems [for Little Lamb's benefit, I placed a literal Hebrew meaning of this translated to English word "commanded"]
Psalm 133:3
As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountain of Zion: for there the LORD commanded/appointed the blessing, [even] life/chay for evermore.

Mouintain of Zion could be translated plural if we count the three peaks of Mount Hermon, for it is speaking of Hermon/Mount Zion, in that Psalm line, which the Watchers/judges/rulers took an oath upon when they descended to take wives of daughters of Adam.

From Genesis 2: And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life/chay also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

[Chapter 24]
1 And from thence I went to another place of the earth, and he showed me a mountain range of 2 fire which burnt day and night. And I went beyond it and saw seven magnificent mountains all differing each from the other, and the stones (thereof) were magnificent and beautiful, magnificent as a whole, of glorious appearance and fair exterior: three towards the east, one founded on the other, and three towards the south, one upon the other, and deep rough ravines, no one of which 3 joined with any other. And the seventh mountain was in the midst of these, and it excelled them 4 in height, resembling the seat of a throne: and fragrant trees encircled the throne. And amongst them was a tree such as I had never yet smelt, neither was any amongst them nor were others like it: it had a fragrance beyond all fragrance, and its leaves and blooms and wood wither not for ever: 5 and its fruit is beautiful, and its fruit n resembles the dates of a palm. Then I said: 'How beautiful is this tree, and fragrant, and its leaves are fair, and its blooms very delightful in appearance.' 6 Then answered Michael, one of the holy and honoured angels who was with me, and was their leader.
[Chapter 25]
1 And he said unto me: 'Enoch, why dost thou ask me regarding the fragrance of the tree, 2 and why dost thou wish to learn the truth?' Then I answered him saying: 'I wish to 3 know about everything, but especially about this tree.' And he answered saying: 'This high mountain which thou hast seen, whose summit is like the throne of God, is His throne, where the Holy Great One, the Lord of Glory, the Eternal King, will sit, when He shall come down to visit 4 the earth with goodness. And as for this fragrant tree no mortal is permitted to touch it till the great judgement, when He shall take vengeance on all and bring (everything) to its consummation 5 for ever. It shall then be given to the righteous and holy. Its fruit shall be for food to the elect: it shall be transplanted to the holy place, to the temple of the Lord, the Eternal King.
6 Then shall they rejoice with joy and be glad,
And into the holy place shall they enter;
And its fragrance shall be in their bones,
And they shall live a long life on earth,
Such as thy fathers lived:
And in their days shall no sorrow or plague
Or torment or calamity touch them.'
7 Then blessed I the God of Glory, the Eternal King, who hath prepared such things for the righteous, and hath created them and promised to give to them.

Psalm 133:3
As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountain of Zion: for there the LORD commanded/appointed the blessing, [even] life/chay for evermore.

Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Rev 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, [was there] the tree of life, which bare twelve [manner of] fruits, [and] yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree [were] for the healing of the nations.
Rev 22:14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Psalm 133:3
As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountain of Zion: for there the LORD commanded/appointed the blessing, [even] life/chay for evermore.

These two chapters describe Hermon and Zion as one and the same.
The imagery of a multitude on a mountain before crossing into the promised land is seen here for the first time.
This is why it only makes sense to identify this place and not Jerusalem when it comes to identifying the place later mentioned in Revelations.

Psa 133:3
As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountain of Zion [Hermon -is it Mount Eden?]: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, [even] life for evermore.

Mount Hermon is also called Mount Zion, and the Mount Zion which Jerusalem is built upon is not the same. Jerusalem is built upon Mount Moriah, which Abraham named "YAH [shall be] REU" at the time he understood the Day of Atonement, when he was given the ram to sacrifice in place of his son and which is "Jesus' Day" of which Jesus spoke that Abraham saw and rejoiced in.
Mount Hermon is on the extreme northern border of the land of Israel as promised to Abraham for his seed when he came from Haran, and the dew descends from that highest point in Israel as the Psalmist portrays .

Mount Hermon is where Jesus took Peter, James and John and was transfigured before them when they saw Elijah and Moses -in their own bodies- speaking with Jesus about His upcoming death in Jerusalem.
Mount Hermon is the highest point in the land, and I do think that circumstantial evidence shows that it was seen by Enoch as the place where the Garden of Eden was, pre-flood, at which the angels were stationed with flaming swords , to prevent any Adam person from entering the garden and eating of the Tree of Life, and therefore being cursed with eternal death in the Adam flesh without having the opportunity to be born again in Christ -which was the reason YHWH cast Adam out, in His mercy to give Him the opportunity of second birth in spirit and then in the flesh of regeneration in the image of the New Man, to have eternal life in the second and only begotten human being Son of God.

I like it:)

The Psalmist seems to be referring to the promise of
the tree of Life appointed/commanded for the elect/
righteous, when the tree of Life is given to them to
eat, which was in the midst of the Paradise of God -
on Mount Hermon pre-flood, it seems [for Little
Lamb's benefit, I placed a literal Hebrew meaning of
this translated to English word "commanded"]
Psalm 133:3
As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended
upon the mountain of Zion: for there the LORD
commanded/appointed the blessing, [even] life/chay
for evermore.

Mouintain of Zion could be translated plural if we
count the three peaks of Mount Hermon, for it is
speaking of Hermon/Mount Zion ...

"As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended
upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD
commanded the blessing, even life for evermore"
(Psalms 133:3).

This doesn't mean that Mount Hermon is Mount Zion,
for they are separated by something like 100 miles.

God commanded life for evermore on Mount Zion when
Jesus died in Jerusalem for our sins:

"For this is my blood of the new testament, which
is shed for many for the remission of sins"
(Matthew 26:28).

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should
not perish, but have everlasting life"
(John 3:16).

But Mount Hermon could have been part of the Garden
of Eden because Mount Hermon is on the border with
Syria and overlooks Damascus, and the Garden of Eden
could have been in Syria near Damascus:

"I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off
the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that
holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the
people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir,
saith the LORD" (Amos 1:5).

Elsewhere, "Thelasar" or "Telassar" is associated
with Eden:

"... the children of Eden which were in Thelasar"
(2 Kings 19:12).

"... the children of Eden which were in Telassar"
(Isaiah 37:12)

"Telassar" could be "Tel Assar", which could mean
"Mountain of Assyria". Assyria could have included
Syria, one of the biggest mountains of which is
Mount Hermon.

But Mount Hermon is no Eden anymore, and one won't
find the tree of life growing there, only Israeli
military checkpoints and lookout stations, as it's
right on the front line between Israel and Syria.

Paradise and the tree of life are now in the literal
city of New Jerusalem in heaven:

"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit
saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will
I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the
midst of the paradise of God" (Revelation 2:7).

"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they
may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in
through the gates into the city" (Revelation 22:14).

"In the midst of the street of it, and on either
side of the river, was there the tree of life, which
bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit
every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the
healing of the nations" (Revelation 22:2).

And New Jerusalem won't descend from heaven to the
earth until sometime after the millennium and
subsequent events (Revelation 20:7-15):

"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first
heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there
was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new
Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I
heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold,
the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell
with them, and they shall be his people, and God
himself shall be with them, and be their God. And
God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and
there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor
crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for
the former things are passed away" (Revelation 21:1-4).

So our hope is not in Mount Hermon, or in the earthly
Mount Zion, but in heaven:

"Set your affection on things above, not on things
on the earth" (Colossians 3:2).

"... ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city
of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an
innumerable company of angels, To the general
assembly and church of the firstborn, which are
written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and
to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus
the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of
sprinkling" (Hebrews 12:22-24).

Dt 3&4.

These two chapters describe Hermon and Zion as one
and the same.

Actually, Deuteronomy chapters 3 and 4 don't describe
Hermon and Zion as one and the same. The Hebrew word
translated as "Sion" (SYAN) in Deuteronomy 4:48 isn't
the same as the Hebrew word translated as "Zion"
(TsYWN) in, for example, 1 Kings 8:1, 2 Kings 19:21,31,
2 Chronicles 5:2, Psalms 51:18, 102:21, 128:5,
135:21, 147:12, Isaiah 2:3, 4:3-4, 10:12,32, 24:23,
30:19, 31:9, 33:20, 37:22,32, 40:9, 41:27, 52:1-2,
64:10, Jeremiah 26:18, 51:35, Lamentations 1:17,
2:10,13, Joel 2:32, 3:16-17, Amos 1:2, Micah 3:10,12,
4:2,8, Zephaniah 3:14,16, and Zechariah 1:14,17, 8:3,
9:9, which leave no doubt whatsoever that Zion is the
earthly city of Jerusalem, some 100 miles south of
Mount Hermon.

Both Hermon and Mount Moriah are called Mount Zion. Mount Hermon is the northernmost border of Israel, and has three peaks. It is where the judges [the "dan"]/Watchers descended. "the Oath =Hermon", as Enoch states, after that oath they swore to condemn themselves by remaining in their man bodies and never to ascend to heaven, to their own habitation again; Hermon means "sanctuary", and from the time of the "oath" it also meant "oath" -like Sodom was the name of a man [as Jasher shows] and salt got it's name from it after the nuking and also sodomy came to be the name of the type of fornication practiced there; adn also like Bab-el meant "gate of God" -and still does, in Sumarian, but after the tower was destroyed it came to mean "confusion", for what happened there.

The Tree of Life was in Eden, on the Mount which is apparently/seemingly one and the same Mount Hermon =oath; Mount Eden =pleasures/delights. The Mount Zion below was to come to be a waymark, a sign, of that above, which gives us the right to the tree of Life, in the end.
It's all symbolic and parabolic. To those who want to know -there it is.
Study the sources, which are easy to find and are many, to "see if these things be so".
For those who wish to be ignorant; so be it.

Before the flood, the Paradise of earth was on Mount Eden, Mount Hermon, where the Tree of Life was which was "appointed/prepared" for Adam, and where Watchers were coming and going to and from. Enoch was taken there and shown the Tree of Life by the angels, who said it would be transplanted for the righteous in the Kingdom of the Elect and Righteous One, when He came down to sit on His throne, His Throne of earth was also seen by Enoch as that Mountain.

It is where Enoch was taken to be with the unfallen Watchers and write books for Adamkind to instruct them of all he was shown, before he was taken ahead to the City of the Spiritual Mount Zion in heaven.
So there seem to be three called Mount Zion: the highest, that City of God seen by Enoch which Abraham saw "afar off, sought: that of this earth which was the highest point in Eden, also called "Oath" and is also called "sanctuary", and was the highest point in the land of Adam's creation, where our first father tended the planted Garden and where the Tree of Life was planted; and Mount Zion which Jerusalem was built upon where Jesus died which is beneath and which points us to and gives access to the higher, and highest.

Spelling variants in the Hebrew texts abound from one to another, and even within the same text, by sometimes the supposed same authors. So Hermon is distinguished with a variant in some places, and is translated "sion =lofty, from; but in the Psalm the Psalmist wrote it the same as the City called Mount Zion, by what I noted in the Psalm above.

Abraham named Mount Moriah "YAH [shall be] REU [seen], speaking of the Atonement there for the spiritual deliverance of His people and also the physical deliverance of His people at the end of the Tribulation.

I won't be continually popping in to post what is so obvious, even though folk like Bible2 give unenlightened opinions in ignorance.
I do ask that those who want to know if these things be so to go do your own research; "seek and you shall find", and He will lead you on, and do for you what He has done and is doing and shall do for me, from the time that I began to continously pray this prayer that I was quickened to pray, from a Psalm by David; "Open Thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Thy Law".
Enoch had his eyes opened, and he saw the Son of Man, the elect One, in heaven and who was to come; and all the seers of God had their eyes opened to see Him -afar off; and to see His work and to understand His Person; for all the Law and the Prophets [from the beginning: Enoch is a prophet of God] testify to the Person and work of Jesus Christ. His Word through them has not passed away and shall not pass away until all is fulfilled. Jesus fulfilled all written about Him as Redeemer/Kinsman to Adam, who came to Atone for all Adam, once; but all written about Him as the dual natured Son of Man and YHWH in the Person of the Word is not yet all fulfilled; and what the prophets said about Him as God the Word coming to cleanse the earth and set up His kingdom on it and to rule it for the Reign of Peace, after which He regenerates the heavens and the earth and returns them to the Father for His Glory, shall be fulfilled, yet.

Actually, Mount Hermon is never called Mount Zion;
they are even expressly distinguished in Psalms 133:3,
which verse means that the same Edenic blessing which
fell on Hermon later fell on Zion through Christ
(John 3:16).

Only Mount Moriah is Mount Zion on earth. Mount Moriah
was where God commandmed Abraham to sacrifice Isaac
(Genesis 22:2), and where David later made a
sacrifice (1 Chronicles 21:26), and where Solomon
built the temple of Jerusalem (2 Chronicles 3:1), and
where Jesus was sacrificed for our sins (Luke 13:33,
Matthew 26:28) so that we might receive the blessing
of life for evermore (John 3:16, Psalms 133:3).

Adam had that blessing in Eden before he fell into
sin and mortality (Romans 5:12). Eden could have been
in Syria near Damascus (Amos 1:5), and could have
contained Mount Hermon, which is near Damascus, for
the "Telassar" connected with Eden in Isaiah 37:12b
could mean "Mount of Assyria", which could mean Mount
Hermon, one of the highest mountains in the Assyrian
Empire.

So Mount Hermon could have been connected with Eden,
and so connected with the life for evermore which Adam
had there before the Fall. But then God caused the
"dew of Hermon", that is, the blessing of Eden, to
fall upon Zion, so that those in Zion might, through
Christ, receive the blessing of life for evermore
(John 3:16, Psalms 133:3).

Mount Zion in Jerusalem is not a waymark to Mount
Hermon, but to the heavenly Zion, New Jerusalem
(Hebrews 12:22), which contains the tree of life which
was in Eden (Revelation 22:2,14, Genesis 2:9). We are
given the right to the tree of life and eternal life
only through obedience to Christ (Revelation 22:14,
Hebrews 5:9).

Actually, Christ's throne on earth during His
millennial kingdom won't be on Mount Hermon, but on
Mount Zion in Jerusalem, which will grow to be a very
high mountain (Micah 4:1-2).

But Enoch 25:3 isn't referring to that millennial
mountain of earthly Jerusalem, but to a mountain in
New Jerusalem on which God's throne will be after New
Jerusalem descends to the new earth (Revelation 21:1-5,
22:1-3), for Enoch 24:4-25:3 could refer to the tree
of life, which will only be in New Jerusalem
(Revelation 22:2,14), not millennial Jerusalem, and
Enoch 25:3 relates to after the last judgment (Enoch
25:4), which is the great white throne judgment
(Revelation 20:11-15), which won't occur until after
the millennium (Revelation 20:7-11).

Those who actually study the matter for themselves will find that indeed Mount Hermon [which original meaning is Sanctuary, and is where the Watchers bound themselves in the oath of cursing to take wives of daughters of Adam, pre-flood and post flood] and which is also called Mount Eden in some ancient writings is also the same Mount Zion as Psalm 133:3 -
"As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountain of Zion: for there the LORD commanded/appointed /Prepared the blessing, [even] life/chay for evermore.
The Tree of Life was there, as the appointed/prepared Blessing of everlasting Life for Adam.
Enoch saw the same there, in his angelic led travels, on the highest mountain of the seven which was also called "The Throne of God".
Mount Hermon is the highest mountain of Israel, and is on the northern border and is the place where the Watchers/judges/gods/sons of God descended, both pre-flood and post flood. For that reason the land of Mount Hermon is called the land of Dan =Judges.
Mount Zion of Mount Moriah is the lowest earthly Mount Zion. The Word means "waymark/signpost -sign"; and the Mount Zion of Mount Hermon is the highest earthly Mount Zion [and it means Highest] Mount Zion of the heavenlies is the Goal of the types below. Our race's first habitation was in the Garden of Eden on Mount Eden/Mount Zion/Mount Hermon. In the restoration of the earth for the thousand year reign, it seems that even the connection with the Edenic Sanctuary of Mount Hermon will be restored, though there will be a Mount Zion below, as the Waymark/signpost to that above, and that above, the eternal.
Seems the earth's restoration will be back to that original state and coming and going of the angels/sons of God at Mount Hermon, the Sanctuary on the highest mountain in Israel.

The Mount Zion of the Millennial reign which is prophetically extolled for elevation will be "on the border [extreme parts] of the North", which is where Mount Hermon is, in Israel, for it is the Northernmost boundary of the promised land allotment given to Israel.

Psa 48:1,2¶[[A Song [and] Psalm for the sons of Korah.]] Great [is] the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, [in] the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for elevation, the joy of the whole earth, [is] mount Zion, [on] the border [extreme parts] of the north, the city of the great King.

Those who actually study the matter for themselves
will find that indeed Mount Hermon [which original
meaning is Sanctuary, and is where the Watchers bound
themselves in the oath of cursing to take wives of
daughters of Adam, pre-flood and post flood] and
which is also called Mount Eden in some ancient
writings is also the same Mount Zion as Psalm 133:3 -

"As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended
upon the mountain of Zion: for there the LORD
commanded/appointed /Prepared the blessing, [even]
life/chay for evermore."

The Tree of Life was there, as the appointed/prepared
Blessing of everlasting Life for Adam.
Enoch saw the same there, in his angelic led travels,
on the highest mountain of the seven which was also
called "The Throne of God".

Psalms 133:3 doesn't mean that Mount Hermon is the same
place as Zion (Jerusalem), for they're about 100 miles
apart; it means that the figurative "dew" of Mount
Hermon fell upon Jerusalem when Jesus died there to
give us eternal life (John 3:16).

Mount Hermon could have been connected with the Garden
of Eden, where man had eternal life before the Fall,
for Mount Hermon is nearby Damascus in Syria, and Eden
could have been located nearby Damascus (Amos 1:5).
Also, the "Telassar" connected with Eden (Isaiah 37:12)
could mean "Mountain of Assyria", and Mount Hermon was
one of the highest mountains in the empire of Assyria.

So Psalms 133:3 could simply be a poetic way of saying
that the eternal life that man had on or near Mount
Hermon in the time of Eden he regained in Jerusalem
when Jesus died for our sins.

The tree of life was in Eden (Genesis 2:9), but when
man fell into sin he was kept from it (Genesis 3:22).
But then Jesus came, who is Himself the life (John
14:6), and died for us so that, if we obey Him
(Revelation 22:14, Hebrews 5:9), we might eat from the
tree of life which is now in paradise (Revelation 2:7)
in the city of New Jerusalem in heaven (Revelation
22:2,14), which city will descend from heaven to a
new earth (Revelation 21:1-3) after the millennium
and subsequent events (Revelation 20:7-15).

Just as nothing in Enoch requires that Mount Hermon is
Mount Zion, so nothing in Enoch requires that the
throne of God will be on Mount Hermon. During the
millennium, Jesus will reign from Jerusalem (Micah
4:1-2), and after the millennium and subsequent events,
when New Jerusalem will descend from heaven to a new
earth, the throne of God will be in the city of New
Jerusalem (Revelation 22:1-3).

The land below Mount Hermon to the southwest is
connected with "Dan" (which means "judge", Genesis
30:6, 49:16) because the tribe of Dan lived there
(Judges 18:29).

Mount Eden/Mount Zion/Mount Hermon.

There isn't more than one Mount Zion on the earth;
there isn't a higher one and a lower one. There's
just one: Jerusalem (Isaiah 10:32, 30:19).

Nowhere does the Bible ever say that Mount Hermon
is Mount Zion.

The Mount Zion in heaven is the city of New Jerusalem
(Hebrews 12:22).

During the millennium, Jesus will make Jerusalem and
Israel like Eden (Isaiah 51:3, Ezekiel 36:35).

Nowhere does the Bible ever say that Mount Hermon will
have any special significance or function during the
millennium, or that any sanctuary will be there.

Psalms 48:1-2 is referring to the "situation" or
elevation of the city of Jerusalem (elev. 745 m /
2,440 ft.), not Mount Hermon.

In Psalms 48:2, Jerusalem is on the "sides" or border
of the north with respect to Judah (Psalms 48:11,
Joshua 15:8).
