Most of my bibles have maps that show the route of the exodus that do not cross the red sea. Which is odd. Here are some maps. Let me know what your maps are like and do you want a red sea crossing?

Your first and third map show the crossing of the Red Sea. The third one just calls it the Gulf of Suez.

The second map perhaps does not accept it as a historical fact or was unable to identify the place where it was supposed to happen.

Great question! The Exodus journey is something that has been heatedly debated throughout the history of the church and still among OT scholars, both Christian and Jewish. There are different theories about it, but sadly we can't be sure about the route, which is why in the last image you posted we can see different proposed routes.

The problem is that although the Biblical account gives us many geographical details, we no longer know where those places are exactly. Specifically regarding the Red Sea, the problem is that what's called the "Red Sea" in the text is unclear in that we don't know if it's a name or a descriptive term. That is, it could be "The Red Sea" or something like "a sea with plants". So, very concretely, what we call the Red Sea today comes from a later time and is not the same Red Sea as in the Bible. So that's why we don't see any maps in which the Israelites are crossing what we know as the Red Sea.

Yes, those maps are from the web, and I chose two that show a red sea crossing. Most of my bibles have maps that look like the second map.
