Deep blue NYC comes out for Trump. If I were on Kamala’s team, I’d be worried.

I've been watching it... Awesome rally!

It's just so huge.. we never had political rallies like this before. They are fun...

It would be nice to see New York turn red... That would be cool.

Are there any stars there? Chachi? Hulk Hogan? The Duck Dynasty people? Roseanne Barr?

I'll take Springsteen, Beyonce, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Willie Nelson any day. And of course Taylor Swift. There are too many to count.

Hearing from the comedian at the start of the festivities, doesn't seem like he, nor anyone who'd give that guy the time of day, would be worth any of the sodium and potassium crossing my neural membranes to send a charge to my brain to consider it.

Nope the 50,000 people are there to support President Trump.

He doesn’t need to bait and switch

Wow! I’m surprised. You certainly seemed like an undecided all these weeks and months.

I was going to make a joke about Trump selling out MSG not being a big deal because Kill Tony sold out MSG, not realizing that the comedian to whom you were referring was the Kill Tony guy. His show is pretty funny from what I’ve seen.

50,000 people at MSG? Really? I know the mayor of NYC was recently charged with bribery for corruption related to fake certification by the NY FD, but 50,000 at MSG seems a *bit* of a stretch.

!) Why are you assuming it's all people from NYC? 2) Even if it was, there are over 500k registered Republicans in NYC. Only a small percentage of them need to be devoted enough to attend a rally to fill the Garden.

50,000 is over twice the capacity of the Garden.

My apologies for believing the accuracy of this number.

I should have verified. I stand corrected
It's not that big of a deal, Madison Square Gardens is the largest indoor venue in New York, with a capacity of 19,500 and Donald Trump filled that to capacity plus an overflow in the 10's of thousands.

Trump can't do outdoor venues anymore with the assassination attempts so it was literally the largest venue in New York that he could get.

Has Harris even made a campaign stop in New York City,?

I think this is the difference. She thinks votes are just a given, Trump works not just for the votes but for the voters too.

I wonder why it's called Madison Square Garden when it's neither square nor a garden.
It's first iteration (the current one is the third) was at Madison square, the intersection of 5th Avenue and Broadway.

Originally, garden could denote any open, clear space, and of course, the first garden had no roof, it being built in the 19th century.
