Looking for Printable PDF of ESV version

Does anyone know of a good resource for printable books of the bible, particularly the ESV?

I find it much easier to study if I can print out the book and put it in a binder and write all over it.

Any suggestions?

In Logos.com, it's very simple, just click the Library button, type in the name of the version You want to print, type in a Bible book or range of books, and choose Print/Export. You can download the Logos 4 software for free and buy some e-book Bibles for $10 a piece to it. Some of the Bibles may cost more, such as 1977 NASB and 1866 Common English Version New Testament (English Bible Collection (27 vols.) - Logos Bible Software). If You do that and don't buy a base-package, what You miss is some of the functionality. Logos recently had a -15% sale on base packages, but it's ended now and it can be a long wait to the next time. As enticing as Logos is, You should bee careful not to pay too much or become too addictied to buying titles to it, and watch out, version 4 has been out for years, version 5 is due to come within a couple of years, approximately. Version 4 has enough features.
