King Cobra Dream

A couple of nights ago I had a vivid dream about a huge king cobra snake. It was terrorizing people and family and we were frightened to go anywhere. The snake finally confronted me. It was waiting for me inside of a closet or a closed off room. I stepped on its head and this defeated the snake. I was scared, but relieved that it was gone. What does this mean?

To get a full understanding, I think you'll have to do some free-association about the snake. It's interesting from aChristian standpoint since we're told both that (1) Satan appeared to Eve as a serpent and that Jesus at one point tells the disciples to be "wise as serpents."
Before we go down that road, though, I think it's enough to recognize the waking-world reality that a kingcobra is a dangerous, deadly thing. But, though you are among those "terrorized" and "frightened" by it, in the end you take effective action. I suspect that your unconcious, dreaming mind is trying to tell you two things. First, you are more courageous than you think. Second, that much of the terror and fright in our lives comes from misperception.
Obviously, you should not now go out and look for kingcobras to step on - what happens in the dreamworld doesn't change the rules of the real world - but if you've by chance been having doubts about yourself recently, you might consider that you've just been told you're stronger thgan you think you are.

It reminds me of when God told the serpent that he will put enmity between it and the woman,between its seed and between the woman's seed (meaning Jesus) and he will bruise his head.As christians we are members of the Body of Christ,the Church.We do the things Jesus does,because we are one by one parts of his body.We fight the devil and we win,because Jesus won.I think God encourages you with this dream.Please ask god about it,because it's your dream and God is the one who can really help you.God bless you.

If it is of your own creation, you do not like snakes, and must have seen something about cobras on TV lately etc.
If you want to get spiritual, Beware of this, as Jesus is the one who steps on the snake
as the Shepard, it is his duty. Make sure that human pride does not prompt you to take
the action and not follow Jesus. You do not and will never have the power as creation
to defeat the spiritual snake, so beware the snake may return as an angel of light.
