I figured I'd put this in contemporary christian since most of Josh Groban's music is christian-based.
I heard Josh Groban's most recent album in the car on a 8 hour drive. I've heard him before, obviously, and really respected him for his amazing talent. But after hearing the CD I was really moved by the songs, despite that almost half of them are sung in italian or french. The english lyrics I understand are very good. I was quite impressed.
His voice is enchanting and his songs about hope and love and our Lord are just... amazing to me. 'When you say you love me' actually made me tear up a bit the first time I heard it, and my favorite is 'Remember when it rained'--the only composition written by Josh himself.
I truly respect those who can sing like this. It makes me wish I could do the same.
I think it was worth commenting over. I'm just wondering if anyone else here appreciates his music in the same way.
