No, the Bible does not mention directly about smoking tobacco cigarettes.

1 Corinthians 10:

23 “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything"—but not everything is constructive.

CDC lists many bad health effects:

Smoking leads to disease and disability and harms nearly every organ of the body.

It is wise not to smoke.

Similarly, for vaping, it is not a sin but it is not wise.

But come on now. Are you really going to disagree that cigarettes are NOT filthy and disgusting and filled with chemicals? God doesn't want us polluting our bodies with cancer sticks. I should know, I smoked for longer than i care to admit.
