Unless there is a sign posting a minimum speed requirement such as "Minimum Speed 40 MPH" you can go as slow as you want without breaking the law and therefore it is not a sin.
Exactly.. you'd doing them a favor, so be sure and have bullet proof windows installed and buy extra insurance as well and a large life insurance policy so yo family can have a new house, car, etc when you are gone

It may not be safe, but it's not sinful... to prevent people from getting irritated, we would have to live our lives on egg shells living in fear of what everyone thought all the time which means... we would not be able to share Jesus with anyone and THAT is sinful...
