Ichthus Music Festival

I was just wanting to know if anyone has heard of this and ever been? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

I had a couple of friends that went and they loved it. One of them kept her wristband from it on for a long time after the festival.

It's been called the Woodstock of Christian music. It's an outside music festival located in Willmore, Kentucky. They usually average over 20,000 people. They have lots of Christian artists playing there and many speakers.

OH MY GOODNESS!! Ichthus is SOOO awesome...don't hesitate going b/c you'll regret not going. I went in April for the first time and I wouldn't miss it for the world this year. [GLOW=green]I cannot wait![/glow] They have absolutely fantasic music and tents to buy cool stuff and all four days [or three...Thurs., Fri., and Sat...and head home on Sun.] you get so much closer to God and you worship Him and have fellowship with other believers from all over the place. I cannot describe it in words...you'll have to round up some pals and hit the road! It's April 22, 23, & 24, and I encourage everybody that reads this to go, or at least check out [url="http://www.Ichthus.org"]www.Ichthus.org[/url] so you can look into it.
Bring tents to sleep in 'cuz that is your home for all 4 days! ...It's so much fun...

There are four stages..the Main Stage [for the most popular bands], the Worship stage, the Deep End stage, and the Edge. The Worship stage and the Edge don't yet have bands planned, but here are the bands set for the Main stage and Deep End!

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to go...between taking time off for travel and class and stuff.

My decision is between cornerstone with P.O.D. or Icthus. They announced some of the line up for cornerstone but the only ones I've heard of on the bill are: P.O.D., Further Seems Forever, & Thousand Foot Krutch.
