How old was Adam when he was birthed?

I just realized this. The Bible states Adam lived 930 years, but he couldn't have been 930 years old because it appears as though he was birthed as a man -- not a child. So how old was Adam when he was birthed, or how old was he when he died?

He was 0 years old. God made him as man, yet he had just been created. Remember, this is God we are talking about

Yes, technically he was 0 but was he a child, young adult, adult? I suppose it would have been better to ask: what stage in life was he birthed at? Haha.

I honestly don't know simply because the bible does not tell us how long he was in the garden. The 930 years comes from Gen 5.

1 This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2 He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. 3 And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth. 4 After he begot Seth, the days of Adam were eight hundred years; and he had sons and daughters. 5 So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.

We can make a case that Adam did live exactly 930 years from the moment that he was created since verse 3 seems to follow chronologically but that would be just an educated assumption.
