HELP!!! "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library."

I get this evil message whenever I try to run an essential program I use for my business records. I recently had to get a new computer due to the death of my old one. Both are Windows XP but, alas, there are problems.

I take I need to find some DLL files and put them in some sort of folder. But I have no idea what to do.

Tech support for the aforementioned program isn't the best either, even though it cost $800.
